Standard delivery is 1-3 working days, deliveries over weekends and public holidays might take longer. Rural and provincial delivery may take an additional 5 working days. Bulky, large, hazardous or custom order items may take longer to deliver than other items in your order. We deliver within New Zealand only. Some products might quote longer lead times. Excludes products which are out of stock.

The delivery for the large kitchen equipments will only be curb-side delivery. For any other delivery such as delivery to the level Levels and upstair please contact us and there will be extra cost for this.

The delivery of the large items such as kitchen equipments to the long driveway where the freight vehicle can't be drive through will be drop at curb-side. If you think that you are in the same situation please call us before your order to make sure whether the freight company can deliver to the door or not.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item before you use it, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We strongly recommend that you don't sign the delivery receipt from courier or freight company if the Packaging is damaged or not in perfect condition. For kitchen equipments and fragile items customer must not sign the delivery dockets until you inspect the goods to make sure that it is not broken or damaged.

 If you sign the delivery dockets and later on when you unpack the box and find the equipment or item is damaged then we will not be responsible for any replacement or claim.

We will be responsible for sending the new order if the product gets damaged or missed.
